I share a compound with a very troublesome neighbour (Just the two of us lives in the compound). On Saturday, she brought a poultry cage with chicks into our compound, situating it less than 2 metres away from my bedroom window. I reported to the landlord immediately, but he's struggling to make her move the cage ( The lady claims that she wasn't told when she rented the apartment that she can't start a poultry). I have two little kids, and I'm not interested in a noisemaking contest with her.
Does the chicks pose an health hazard to my family or I'm just worried over nothing? If they do, please, advice me on the proper and legal way to go about this to make her move the cage.

Stop being petty. You seem more like an enemy of progress. Ask her to come here and create a thread so we can direct her to where she'll rent a poultry and enlarge her proportions
