There have been many claims to judgement date but none has come to pass. No wonder Jesus said it all, that apart from the Father, no body knows the date. This is a scam.
Re: Judgment Day- 21 May?(pix) by Jenwitemi(m): 4:33pm On May 18, 2011
Sorry, ma. grin

BTW, i will be doing the live coverage, not you. But you can be part of my crew if you want. grin

Seems like some people have inside infos about the date. We shall hold them to their words, of course. wink

@Nezan; the scam about may 21, is similar to that of trinity.

jesus didn't now when the world we end. can we expect God not to know when, especially when He is All Knowing?

an one that is not All Knowing is a scam to say he or she or it is God.

"Meanwhile, enterprising atheists across 26 states have set up a business to care for the animal companions of any Christians who are selected to go to heaven when Jesus Christ comes back
"You've committed your life to Jesus. You know you're saved. But when the Rapture comes, what's to become of your loving pets who are left behind?" Eternal Earth-Bound Pets says on its website, offering to "take that burden off your mind."
The post-doomsday pet rescue service already has 259 clients, who have paid $135 for the first pet and $20 for each additional pet at the same address, to ensure the faithful animal companions are looked after and loved even when their Christian owners have gone to the other side.
All the rescuers are sworn atheists, which means they will definitely be left behind on Earth, ready to rescue pets after the Rapture.
When judgment day happens, Eternal Earth-Bound Pets co-founder Bart Centre "will notify all of our rescuers to go into action and they will drive to the homes of anyone who's signed a contract with us, pick up their pets and take them home and adopt them as their own, keeping them happy and healthy for the rest of their lives.
"This will happen only if and when the Rapture happens. So we do not expect to have to do anything on Saturday," Centre told AFP.
Contracts are good for 10 years, just in case the Mayan calendar prophesy, which predicts the world will end in December next year, comes true".

Be it true or not, it may even happen before 21st May, or after, but what matters is that one day the rapture of the church will surely come to pass and all the prophecy about the coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

What all men should think of is not the day or the time, but the salvation of their lives. The natural man’s life is very fragile and brief that he doesn’t even know the day of Lord for him, if he is going die 2day or 2morrow or next.

So every man should be thinking of his own salvation, because if the man is save he won’t be considering such news of the return of Christ as a threat, because he knows in himself that no matter what heaven is his home already.
Re: Judgment Day- 21 May?(pix) by Joagbaje(m): 9:46am On May 20, 2011
I've said earlier that nobody needs to be alarmed at such news. If you know your bible , it is clear this announcement is an error. Judgement day still require 1,007 years after the rapture to take place. We also need to know that the rapture which is the next major event is not the same as the second coming - there is 7 years gap between the two .the rapture is not the judgement day or end of the world. When a man mixed things together ,he will come out with confusion.

But just incase anyone is about to auction his property, pls give me a call . Its time for wealth transfer

At times, we should just study the scriptures for ourselves

1Th 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

2Pe 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

What rich irony! Just as Loveworld TV etc is owned by Christ Embassy; another known cult. In any case your surmise is wrong, Family Radio is "owned" by Harold Camping not Christian Science.

You know how to lie. Pride never allows you to admit when you are wrong. Clearly you are no Christian, for those in whom is the Spirit of Christ have no difficulty in admitting that they mistaken.

familyradio.com:

A Brief Biography of Harold Camping
President of Family Stations Inc.

Harold Egbert Camping received a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1942. He and his family were lifelong members the Christian Reformed Church until the year 1988. He served there as an Elder and Bible teacher for many years. Harold Camping earned his living from his own construction business, which he began shortly after the end of World War II.

In 1958 he, together with two others, formed the non-profit ministry of Family Stations, Inc. (Family Radio - a Christian educational network) in which he has served as President. Eventually Harold Camping sold his business and became a full-time volunteer employer of Family Radio serving as President and as General Manager.

Where did the Christian Reformed Church come from?
Historically, we came from the Netherlands. But today, although a majority of our members are still from Dutch backgrounds, we can't honestly be called a Dutch church - unless we're also called a Korean church, a Navajo church, a Southeast Asian church, a French-Canadian church, a Hispanic-American church, an African-American church, a melting pot church.
What do they believe?
What sets the Christian Reformed Church off from many other denominations is its embrace of key teachings of John Calvin. In a nutshell, these all center on the sovereignty of God. The biblical teachings of predestination and election give us comfort because they assure us that no one and nothing, not even our own bad choices, can snatch us out of God's hand. And the realization that God owns all of creation and continues to assert his rule over it gives us a sure hope for the future.

Clearly then the Christian Reformed Church from whose fold Harold Camping left is not Christian Science. Can the beliefs and teachings of Harold Camping himself be said to be Christian Science? Not by a long shot.

As the bible says: "be slow to speak." It would have stood you in good stead if you had heeded that injunction. Clearly you were hasty in concluding that Harold Camping is Christian Science. Moreover you lied when you claimed that Family Radio was owned by the Christian Science organization.
It is clear that you are ignorant about the teachings and quirky beliefs of Christian Science.
