Educators and Non-educators alike, i need the best and easiest educative advice on how an adult who cannot read nor write can start picking up.
Suggestive learning materials could be from any where provided there is improved result.

Glad it's a welcome suggestion.
After you might have introduce the vowels and consonants sounds to them, start the pronunciation by adding two or more words together...along the line get an interesting story that most of them were familiar with(afore knowledge of the story makes them grasp faster while reading) then here you go....
