i installed vista home basic on ma laptop, now my sound is lost, i have tried downloading from sigmatel to realtek to no avail. i was on winxp pro, now im kinda frustrated and actually regrettinh installing the os even tough i love the user interface and all the efizee attached to it, i use a dell d600, abeg make una help me with suggestions or does anyone have sigmatel audio drivers that run on vista? bigbrovar are u there? |

Visit Microsoft update, the select Custom update, when it loads a list of available update for your pc, check the left pane for Options like Hardware, nd clik! There shuld be a update for ur sound driver directly,  |

A missing driver problem. hayprof has said it all - Microsoft Update on the basis that ur OS is genuine. |
