Human beings are very interesting creatures.

There's something that happens to me in the past which i just remembered last night.

It happened in my former place of work where i was employed basically based on my skill. It's a specialised skillset so, my replacements are kind of limited.

During the period when i was the only operator,i received so much "favors " from my boss excluding my salary.

To be honest i so much enjoyed the moment and wish it didn't passed.

You see,power is really sweet. There's nothing refreshing in this world than POWER. Forget wealth,even money must bow down in the presence of POWER.

As someone working for an individual or organisation,there's no better position which offers you maximum power than being the boss "FAVOURITE".

At that time i was the favourite and i got "levels" in the company. Omo the thing sweet me die. Everything i said always goes. No one dares to argue with me. I was pampered and preferred by the boss himself.

Along the line,the company employs another worker with the same skillset as mine. Now I'm no longer the favourite. No more perks,no more pampering,no more bonuses. Now they've gotten another OPTION in case i left.

Men,it was disheartening.

If tok say our president can rule this country forever they'll definitely do so. Honestly tasting power then losing it is not a good feeling. No wonder some rich folks that went broke would rather commit sucide than live in poverty.


So this is what i realize about humans. The lack of options usually drive up the value of anything. If you can make yourself or your products unique,you shall achieve the height of POWER.
