Position Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an integral part of our finance team, the Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct thorough financial analyses and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Support external audits and tax filings as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
ACA preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
