Good morning everyone.So I made a transfer of 4k to my Opay account yesterday from my Zenith bank account.
It was recorded as successful but I am yet to see the money reflected in my Opay account neither has it been reversed in my zenith bank account.
I am just confused cos I have never experienced this kind of problem with Opay vs before.
Pls what do I do?

Check if a session ID was generated and share it with zenith bank staff onsite or via call, they'll be a able track the transaction with it.

Same here transaction was done around 7:30 pm from fair money POS, up till now it hasn't reflected in my opay. Seems the problem is from opay because the transaction was approved by fair money and transaction number was generated

Over a year i have been using opsy i have never experience failed transfer.
How come they have scam you is like you don't understand difference between failed transfer and scam 😏

I didn't 4k transition yesterday and it's successful, I heard couples of people complaining of failed transactions yesterday,I thought it's from opay it should be resolved now

Money was reversed around 7am this morning.

Someone transfer money to my OPay from Monie point POs to my OPay and they haven’t credit me, and likewise I send money to my junior brother and they debit the account without crediting his OPay

Transfer transactions were generally down yesterday. Though mine went through!

It will be reversed to your zenith bank account. You should have chatted with Opay customer care before posting this. They will request for the session ID from your zenith bank receipt. With it, they can check if the transaction was received or not.

no network with opay since yesterday. The only transaction that was successful was from opay to access Bank.
The rest transactions were delayed

Mine was 2600 opay disappeared my money and claimed a loan app stole it a loan I had long cleared.When I tell people to avoid opay they no dey hear.

Avoid opay for your peace of mind I have been using Palmpay long before I had the misfortune to open opay account.My approved loan on Palmpay started from 3k to almost 50k now and not once has my money been illegally deducted on Palmpay.Opay are thieves avoid them.

It will be reversed to your zenith bank account. You should have chatted with Opay customer care before posting this. They will request for the session ID from your zenith bank receipt. With it, they can check if the transaction was received or still hanging with NIBSS

Isn't it possible? If they scam 100000 people that amount what will that result to? In your mind you are seeing just 4k without knowing the possible number of persons that can be scammed that way. Don't be dismissive of someone 's story because the figure is small, that's a very wrong thing to do.

Go Zenith bank jor go lay complain then ask for session ID b4 calling Opay to make things easier.
Nothing Zenith or Opay wan do with your 4k.

Give it a few days. Same happened to me and the money I transfered to another account didn't deliver

Imagine what will happen if 100,000 people you stated complains, it's just normal transaction failure that happens with all banks. I'm not their representative anyway but it's hilarious to claim a banking org that should be reputable for financial integrity is the one scamming you. Lol

Check with both banks before raising false alarm otherwise u'll get sued someday.

The problem is from your Zenith bank, I just transferred from First bank to OPAY and I saw the money instantly.

Confirm the account number. May be you typed a wrong number.

Opay "print money" and have no use for your 4k. They have loan shake apps that almost double their money weekly, not to mention their stake in the profitable gambling industry. So chill.
