You don't understand. Persia is majority Shia. Sunni Muslims make up to 85% of their religion, with Shia and their offshoots like Alawites( Assad sect in Syria) making up the rest.
Shia and Sunni have 1400 years of rivalry. The war will never stop until one sect obliterates the other.

All the Arab states in the middle east are a product of the collapse of the Ottoman empire in 1922. The allied powers Britain and France and Italy occupied Constantinople and implemented the Sykes-Picot agreement which divided d Ottoman empire along their s of influence. It was d allied western powers mainy Britain and France who drew up the borders of these modern Arab states, that was a hundred years ago. Go and find out if there was any vountry called Saudi Arabia or Jordan or Qatar in 1900. Don't drag me to give u a lesson in modern history which u won't pay for.
