rantingpigs: Not just Tinubu, though I don't like his administration, but it all started with Buhari, the major oil and gas projects in Nigeria started and ended with Jonathan administration. Buhari concentrated more in oil exploration in north than developing already established oil reserves in the southern part of Nigeria. And more IOC would shift operations to other countries make Tinubu and his Ikoyi economists focus on collecting taxes. |
