There is not going to be any lekki or Mende treatment here.
I was of same reservation years ago,I moved in 2016, fear of government taking over kept me from buying and building until last year.
I still live in same place.
There is a cordial relationship between the traditional ruler,natives,npf and the residents.
Area is always peace ful,no crime or criminalities.there is light and water
Moreso,the land is not on any right of way that will attract such fear of government coming in.
Many have been here over 20 years,out of every 1 that parks out ,10 are coming in , from ikorodu, middle belts,east,south South,we even have foreigners -Ghana,Togo,bene , Chad,Niger etc enjoying themselves.
Can I tell that cost of a room is approaching same as block houses
