What You Need To Know Before You Buy A Property As A First Time Property Buyer by Debbyglow: 9:51pm On May 20
1. Be clear with your real estate goals:
One of the challenges first time buyers face is the fact of not knowing which property to buy since there are many there are many estates and properties online. Hence this video
One of the things you need to do is to sit down and ask yourself these questions before you take buying steps; why do you want to buy a land? Is it to hold and sell off later? Buy and hold and build later or is it to build immediately? If it is to build, are you building to rent and generate income or for family to live in?

2. Consider the title of the Land or property you want to buy
Not many people know what land title they should look out for when they want to buy a property so they go and get the cheapest lands. If you don't pay close attention to this you might end up losing plenty of money and your property might even be demolished by the government later on and you must also do your due diligence

3. Buy from a trusted developer through a trusted real estate consultant. You need to know that omoniles land are cheap but it comes with trailer load of problems that you cannot bear so instead of going through that route go through a company that has partner with trusted developers in the state where you are making your investment

4. Only pay directly to the developers company account or property owner
Save your self the pain of relatives, so called fraud agents lavishing your hard earn money and be wise to pay money into the developers account when you have done all and ready to make payment

I hope these few points give you clarity to know what to do as a first time buyer before you want to invest in a property.
