We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Guard

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

Nocturnus Security Limited is in its expansion phase and seeking to enlarge its beats within Abuja and its environs.
Energetic, enthusiastic and well-organized individuals are welcome to apply and become a member of our growing team.
Responsibilities

Securing and safeguarding life and properties within his/her jurisdiction
Patrolling the building perimeter and premises.
Noting the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and other individuals
Directing visitors to reception and logging their entry to the premises
Monitoring our video surveillance system and reviewing footage if necessary
Responding to alarms and calls of security concern
Keeping daily logs of activities and any issues addressed
Answering phones and responding to other inquiries at the security desk
Alerting authorities if needed for emergencies or security breaches
Addressing any infractions of building rules and/or forwarding them to the appropriate level of management
Inspecting, testing, and maintaining our security system as well as calling for maintenance as needed.
Qualifications

Complete SSCE or equivalent
Must have 3-5 years of security experience
Physically fit and mentally stable
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
Must be able above 18years of age
Must be able to work a variable shift schedule including night shifts.
Must be able to express him/her self in English and other Nigeria languages.
Core Skills:

Vigilance, Alertness, Interpersonal communication skills, Friendly personality, Attention to detail, Safety, Dependability, Time management skills, Honesty, Professionalism, Multi-tasking but not limited to this.
