SOL NIGERIA IS THIS A FEAR DEAL?

After the first stage of the Sol Nigeria test today, we are briefed about the conditions of employment. Sol Nigeria is recruiting for a bank (name with held). The terms of employment are stated below,

1, You must bring a minimum deposit of 2 million Naira to the bank every month.

2, Minimum of 100 customers with their average deposit summing up to 2million naira every month (Above amount).

3. You must be able to grant a loan of 1.5million Naira every month.

If all these conditions are fulfilled, you going to be paid 55,000K monthly but if you can perform better than their conditions, your take home pay will be higher.

The 55,000K is divided into two parts i.e fix and variable pay

The fix pay is 15,000 naira

The variable pay is calculated thus:

No of acct + ave deposit +400
            2million

NB am not really sure if this formula is correct.

Even if u are able to get a politician that can drop 3 million naira for your deposit into an acct in the bank. You are still not going to have a good Variable Pay, because the No of acct will be calculated based on 1 customer.

To be very sincere are these conditions possible to fulfill? Because I don’t have any marketing idea.

Even  if you are to get 100 customers every month it means you going to be able to convince not less than 5 customer per day to start  banking with you.

If u can’t meet up with their target in 3 months it means you going to find your way out.

FELLOW NAIRALANDERS I NEED YOUR ADVICE ON THIS BECAUSE AM ASK TO COME AND PICK MY APPOINTMENT LETTER ON MONDAY.

IF YOU THINK THIS TARGET IS POSSIBLE HOW CAN I MEET THEIR TARGET sad

that such of money will not carry you any where at least they should asign every one on operations where one can learn and pick up.

well i submitted my cv to sol what ever ,if the job is like this then count me out.

I happened to be among the shortlisted candidate too. Anyway as far as am concern the whole idea and routine is rubbish. You are to be paid 15K for a start, that is 4 3 months. Consider the stress, clothing, feeding and meeting up with appointments, the pay package is nothing to write home about.
One should not be too despirate to settle for less. The recruiting firm are been managed by human beings like us and i beleive they will have brothers and sisters, let them gather them and give them the role may be they can end up being their bread winner or make a successful living with that.

Let us alaways open our eyes wide. Surely we have fulfilled all righteousness by having the required qualification. A GRADUATE.

Guys this yr will result to multiple blessings. Just watch

Please do remember that the spokeman of the company said that you will be working for SOLNIGERIA i.e you are not a staff of the bank you are working for but a contract staff. That invariably means that you do not have any benefit with the comapny.

Friend, the decision is yours to make.Remember that you will not have any opportunity of attending any interview withing the first 3 months , that is if you stay for 3 month and also provided U meet your target CONSISTENTLY as emphasised by the spokeman. The choice id yours.

Ask yourself the following questions
Can u get at least 5 people to open account with you every week?
Do you have well to do people you can contact to buy loan at the moment.Say 100,000 naira loan?

You will be out of job for at least after 3 month with no assurance of retaining this SOLNIGERIA condition.

I was there at the venue i pass the first stage but opted out after hearing all the condition.
Please do pray of u can and commit it to God for divine guidance. But humanly speaking , i think that ur God given job will soon come.Hang in there , help is on the way

My take on Sol jobs is just to build our CV's. Let me use my self as an example, I applied through Sol and they gave me a not at diamond Bank as a marketer. Though the job was stressful but I keep managing it with the pay of 25k as an OND holder but later complain to Sol that the job is stressful and they gave me another place after some months. I was at work when I received a call to go for an interview at multichoice, I took permission and went for the interview at DStv office and was ask to resume the following month which I did. I did my HND while working there and receiving 30k as salary. We do overtime and the money for overtime is far better than normal salary, so I make use of that opportunity, after my HND I went for my nysc there in Abuja. So I was doing my nysc and also working though I spoke with my manager about it but I had an accident some weeks to finish my nysc but what annoyed me is the company did nothing because am not a staff. So I spent most of the money I saved during my nysc for my leg but thank God am better. So I spoke to my supervisor about leaving the job because of my leg and explained I will be leaving Abuja as well and she help to come to Ibadan and still work with the same company here in Ibadan since I said am relocating to Ibadan. Now I work with another department here in Ibadan, imagine those experience..... I work in Abuja as a call center agent and here in ibadan at the font cou ter. I left the job of recent coz I wanna go into the same job of recharging, selling DStv and gotv and attending to queries about it since I now have the knowlegde. But mind u am still looking for another job opportunity that is far better than where I work before and as you can see from my write up,I now have a good working experience in a reputable company. Thanks all
