1st of all there is nothing like v4 engine (some peeps don't know why that engine called V ) 2nd I don't think Toyota avalon has an i4 engine owning to the fact that it's a luxury sedan. That's the reason why u can't find a lexus with a small engine because it's a luxury brand and Toyota believed if u can own one fuel should not be a problem to u

I'm a living testimony....my Mazda 626 2.5l v6 does not know what high fuel consumption is all about... Meanwhile this is one of the underrated car in Nigeria.. My engine is the Japanese KL ZE the most powerful among the KLs, but yet fuel economy I superb. God bless mazda

You are wrong in your assertion, have you heard of Lexus IS? Do your research

Fuel economy is not applicable in all vehicles even though they use same engine. Are you saying a V6 sienna, Solara and camry utilizing same engine have the same fuel economy. No, it's not possible.

Even the Honda element, Accord utilize the same 4 cylinder engine, their economy is different
