for instance i think companies can enter how much they charge for everything on a computer. from bulldozers to nails, everything.

then the state governors enter what is needed into the machine and it gets the cheaps and best rated ones for them

then a seperate agency is responsible for buying it so all the governors see are keyboards and materials.

Also, prior to the agency buying it, all companies chosen by the machine are notified about the upcoming purchase what will be purchased and for how much.

any price flux will go straight to the EFCC and companies that violate or cooperate with governors that violate will be barred from registry into the machine. also, all prices must be kept updated because purchases will ONLY be made based on listed prices

I think and increased use of machines will greatly save us from government incompetence, problem is our people have a stark fear of innovation.

we dont do things different, we just look for the western example that we can copy even though we have problems those countries don't have and never had.
