I require the services of 2 or 3 medical editors to correct scientific research articles for grammar, language, and clarity. These studies are from authors who do not have English as their first language; hence, these articles need to be polished to international publication standards.
Job skills
Undergrads or graduates with a biomedicine background.( Medicine, Dentistry, physiology, biochemistry, anatomy etc)
Experience writing or editing journals is an added advantage
Good eye for detail and grammatical errors. If you can quickly identify the wrong use of 'their' and 'there' in a scientific document. Please apply.
Basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft word and applications.
Ability to keep to deadlines. This is a contract job and the clients expect the results at the estimated time.

I don't think just anyone would qualify for this job. Academic writing in science and especially medicine is very much different from the conventional academic writing, because of the use of special terminologies and its interpretations as and when appropriate.

It'd be better you limit your search to within the field.
