Article

Title: The time bomb called entitlement

In recent times, the culture of dependency, glorified begging and the culture of actively shaming the hard workers who try their best to stray away from this trend is alarming.
It was a onetime American President J. f. Kennedy who once said; think not what of what your country can do for you but rather what you can do for your country.
If JFK were to be alive today with his doctrine of independence, hard work and self reliance he could have appeared as one of the most ridiculous politicians who seek attention and definitely someone who is out of touch with reality.
Saddened by a rather unfolding trend which brings nothing but national shame, sheer arrogance and a big for nothing syndrome where the masses have been deluded to believe that the days of dreaming the unimaginable and taking calculated risk to achieve such potentials are indeed over.
The birth of an evil monster called “Entitlement” which should be nipped fast in the bud else it will take its dreaded rage on misinformed citizens.
Of recent, my attention was called to a certain backdated cultural trend which prohibits women from owning properties but give the right for such properties to be handed to the males by right in present day 2022 brings nothing but shame as how we have gone down the sleepery slope of this monster called “ Entitlement”
Instances have been reported where able bodied men form conference of beer drinkers, alcohol busters who rely on the tiny inheritance left over by their parents all under spell of this demon called “Entitlement”.
The demon having been identified must be caged but how can it be when 98% of the population still goes with the mentality that somewhere out there someone owes me something.
The days of taking full responsibility of oneself and lording over oneself should be revived.
In carrying out these offensive leaves the roughly 2% of diehard lone wolfs who will challenge this demon, standing their grounds through perseverance and hard work.
There is a price to be paid we all know, but apostles must find away to blend the new with the old.
“Teach me how to fish and don’t give me fish” should be the herald of all who dream for a change.
Finally no one has ever died treading the path of self reliance because even the scriptures which we all read attest to this after the downfall of man “ By thy sweat you shall eat”.
The Apostle must know he has divine backings to stand his grounds. The glorified begging should be thrown as a whole rather causes which engineer self reliance should be pursued.
Until next time, Move On!
