I was also scammed by someone who my friend introduced to me. He said the intel company is hiring contract staff. He said he knows a staff in charge of the recruiting process. He requested 150k. I gave him 100k, assuring him of the balance after getting the job. I sent the money to his bank account. For over two months, nothing yet. I confronted him that it was a scam and the next thing he did was to block me.

People of God, how can I recover my money?

Who in the right frame of mind will Japa from Nigeria to another part of West Africa?

Really?, one of my church guy who plays drum for us left us this year for Burkina Faso . we got chatting and he began to tell me that he is earning $225 per week now. I was like wow this boy is a big boy now. He told me if I can raise 600k he will work the job for me and I can come to Burkina faso. I said OK then I will try and get the money. After a while I began to understand that its a scam and this post has opened my eyes the more.

Mine was in nkawkaw eastern part of Ghana sha...I fell for it oo nd I travelled that was around June this year...

Omo, when I got there I know wetin dey sup, we were about 7guys in a single room sleeping barely on the carpet...na then I know say I don fall for scam... though it's was my close secondary class mate then dat lure me to that scam...as he told me I will b paid 250 dollars every week... naso me self fall for it ....I even sent my cv before I was sent an email to resume thinking it's was a better job...

Na when i reach the said company I know say I don dey GLND PEOPLE HAND.. I was even told to bring 200k along when coming for my working permit and international transport because I can be sent to travel out at any time....

To cut long story short... since i knw say the things was scam..na there I change am for my friend nd curse him...na next morning around 3am I was already on my way to Nigeria...it's was really sad stressful experience for me sha

They have been scamming in Dubai, Lebanon, Cyprus, etc? Someone was scammed in the UK recently for accommodation, are all these countries African countries?

Most of these scams in other countries are done by Nigerians. So, face Nigerians and leave Africans alone. Many African citizens are contended and not greedy.

These guys are already in Nigeria that I have seen in Akute, Olambe Axis Ogun state. They met all the description given out by the Op.
