You can either apply for a visitor's visa or a study permit. Since they are minors the policy is not applicable to them and they don't need admission. Good morning house, I just my admission deferred to another entry, either I come in Sept or January,
I was denied Study visa last year based on financial reason.
Now I am planning to reapply once I get my PAL in 2 weeks time,
In my first application my mother was my sponsor, the company I work for wrote a letter that they will be supporting with about 35% of my tuition fee. Now the same company I work for is willing to send about 60million to my account to show more seriousness from them and show that I have access to the money.
My Question is
1. Is it a good idea the money is in my account since I am going for an undergraduate program for 2 years
2. Should the money be in my mother who was my initial sponsor.
3. What other document can my company to strengthen my application.

Not in all cases you will be ask to show POF at port of entry, but it is same amount your sponsor show during your study permit application.

I also printed soft copies of all the POF document used for the application last October and also requested a reference letter and updated statement from the bank showing some funds, but far lesser than the one initially submitted. Bottom line, prepare well and cover all geound8, but you might be lucky nothing will be asked.

POF calculation can be checked on IRCC website (You need to show Tuition for first year, and living expenses for yourself and spouse).

Hello All, I am writing on behalf of my friend, we would greatly appreciate if anyone can urgently assist in responding to this inquiry.

So my friend already submitted her application for student visa, she didn’t do upfront medical. After she submitted, we went and did the medicals, she received document number 1, that is the proof of medicals done, (please note that, she didn’t receive notification from IRCC to do this), she is not in Nigeria, so the medical was done within 2 days and sent to the embassy, the doctor sent her the document with the completed medicals. (Let’s call this document number 2)

So the question now is, she wants to complete a web form and submit the medical document to ircc, which of the above documents should she send to IRCC, document 1 or 2?

However, I was refused study permit in March and I had to defer my program to April semester 2025 and edit my GIC to suit my new program. POF = 1yr tuition fee + 2yr tuition fee + 1yr living expenses + 2yr living expenses
