So because Obi came out barking, the government went back in time to make provision for the reconstruction of the East-west road in the 2024 budget.
You dullards just follow Obi hook line and stupeed. The East-west road re construction started even before the Coastal road, but as usual you lots have nothing in your head, you can't think for yourself.....

If Obi is not a retard can't he see that there was budget provisions for the rehabilitation of East West Road.....

The 1st Niger bridge was there when the Second Niger bridge was constructed but it wasn't a problem because it went through the South East.
The only reason Obi has been barking is because the road is not going through the East....
