why would any stranger put their own personal assets for you to secure a yeye 10M loan? thats not only very dangerous, but thats very stupid!

the fact that you think that someone will put their own personal assets on the line as collateral for a stranger's 10m loan is ABSURD!!!!!

then why dont you put YOUR property as collateral for the 10m loan for this stranger with no collateral whatsoever?!

what i wrote is not wickedness, thats COMMON SENSE! this has nothing to do with kind heart, but all to do with doing what is RIGHT (when it comes to money). any loan of such amount should come with collateral. i hope Nigerians are not that stupid that they would put their property on the line for total strangers that could disappear the minute the money is in their hands (and you will have absolutely NOTHING to cover your property that was put up as collateral).

Leave God out of this nonsense u posted here.

So,u mean u don't have a guarantor since u started business?

With the way Nigerians display dishonesty at every aspect of life's endeavour,I don't see this as a brilliant way to seek for a guarantor.

It is indeed absurd!

As an experienced loan officer, many of u end up becoming defaulters and one of the symptoms are when they are fond of calling God,but after the loan,u will end up becoming very wicked and abusive to loan recovery officers thereby, finding ways not to pay up ur obligations.

Lastly, leave God out of this as no one except ur parents will be the one to take such a risk at this time of economy furore.

There are various investments consultants every where, why not approach them to find people(investors)who can invest in your business and discuss.look for investors not loans

Stop twisting my words pls. Why are you people so wicked and vile?

There was never a time I said a total stranger should trust me with N10m with no collateral. Was that what I asked for? Was that what I requested for? But you have twisted it to suit your evil mind and evil intentions. As someone clearly said before, you're clearly a very wicked man and you will never go unpunished for derailing this thread and trying to spoil this thread.

I never invited you to this thread in the first place. This thread is not meant for negative minded people like you, it's not meant for evil people like you, it's not meant for wicked people like you, it's meant for kind hearted Nigerians who are willing to help.

So be seriously warned. Stay away completely from this thread in your own interest. This is a serious thread for a serious business and not for unserious people like you. Be warned.

By continuing to derail this thread with your negative comments, you are automatically bringing a curse upon yourself. Be warned. Stay away from this thread in your own interest.

A word is enough for the wise.

So because some people defaulted in paying loans, it means everybody defaults in paying loans, right?

So because some Nigerians are dishonest, that means all Nigerians are dishonest, right?

So because I posted what I wanted, that's why you're calling it nonsense, right?

Why are you people so wicked and vile? Why are you so negative minded and evil? Why are you people so bitter with others who need others to help them?

Why can't you read and pass by if you're not ok with whatever was written in my post? Must you drop your comments? Did I even invite you to drop your comment on my post? You people will always showcase your negativity and foolishness everywhere. You will always show your evil character everywhere because that's clearly what you are. So you're clearly cyberbullying me with your story of people not paying back loans. So does it mean it's everyone who don't pay back loans?

This thread is not meant for negative minded people like you. It's meant for kind hearted Nigerians who are willing to help. I don't need people like you here. So in your own interest, stay away from this thread completely. Respect yourself and don't drop any comment on this thread again. Be warned. A word is enough for the wise.

yes o... i am wicked. wicked to save Nigerians future sorrow and headache if they ever put up their property as collateral (even 100k sef) to a total stranger with no collateral whatsoever. NOBODY SHOULD EVER DO THAT. i am your voice of reason. even your customers (that know you) dont even trust you but you expect NLers that dont know you to trust you?!?!?!?!?!? ok sir. good luck in your plot.

there is a reason a bank or loan apps wouldnt borrow him shit... yet he thinks that it would be financially wise for someone to do so, lol! yes, majority dont care about the person who loan the money (when they finally have the money in their hands) and this one could simply disappear and never pay the loan back (since he has nothing on the line as collateral).
sadly thats how people are quick to use god to try to play the religious card here, in order to sway people. if that person was a religious person, then he should have gone to his church and ask his pastor or church members for 10M, let alone collateral, and certainly not NLers.
only a very stupid and deluded person would put their own property on the line for a total stranger with no collateral... is it not a few days ago that we heard the story about a guy who killed his own friend who loaned him 3m, so that he wouldnt have to pay him back the loan?

This is a notice to well meaning Nigerians and kind hearted Nigerians who are willing to help me out with this request.

Pls kindly ignore all the negative comments above and help a brother.

All I need is a collateral and guarantor for the loan. And you will get your own facilitation fee as soon as I get the loan. Paying the loan back to the bank will not be a problem for me as I can conveniently pay it back.

After all, you will have all my details, an agreement will be signed with your lawyer and with my lawyer, you will know my house address, you will also be a party to the bank loan, because as a guarantor you will definitely be a party to the bank loan.

It will be a legally binding agreement and everything will be documented accordingly.

Thanks to those who have contacted me so far, even despite you don't have the means to fulfill my demands. But for caring for me and contacting me to show your support for me, may the good Lord continue to bless you and your family.

Regards.

Thank you sir.

He is a very wicked man and a very heartless man. People who are under a curse don't usually know they are cursed. Just because they have data to browse the internet and post comments, they think they can post anything anyhow online. He's an enemy of progress.

They post negative comments online with the aim to pull other people down and destroy people's businesses. That's why Africa is not moving forward, because of "Pull Him Down Syndrome" (PHD) and because of bitterness. They are are just jealous of you and hate you even without knowing you or having met you before. Very evil and satanic human beings that are not meant to live among normal people.

But I've handed him over to God.

Let God be the judge.

Thanks once again sir.
