An IT Assistant is needed in a multinational company. The Individual must be an OND Holder with Workable knowlege of Desktop Publishing, Pagemaker and Web design.
Age limit: 30

These are the Job Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Information Technology Manager on all matters relating to his job position.

• Responsible for archiving information stored on the server computer.

• Responsible for designing, publishing and managing the company’s website and those of the sister companies.

• Prepares, store and organize presentation CDs and DVDs neatly in racks.

• Prepares weekly report to the information Technology Manager on the activity of the resource centre.

• Ensures the multimedia and server computers, scanner, CD-R Printer and other peripherals are always in clean state.

• Creates, maintain and update directory/folder structure on the server with the approval of the Information Technology Manager or any of the Managing Executives.

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of all computer multimedia features that may be required.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Information Technology Manager or any of the Managing
Executives.


A DRAUGHTMAN IS also needed in the same Organisation.

Qualifications: OND or  Technical Certificate C & G

Experinece: atleast 3 years in the position

Age Limit: 35 years

Summary of the position is: To make drawings for production of castings
