olumzzz:Abuja City driving but mixed most times as I’m on the highway till I reach central areas. Best I ever got was when I did my last oil change, then I travelled next day. I got about 17MPG. |
Good day! I’m driving a 2007 Lexus RX 350. I currently average 13-13.5 MPG on my tests. I have 2 codes on my OBD test P0420 P0430 Other than that, ride is ok. I use the correct rated oil 5W-30 and change oil every 5k miles. I’ve also cleaned my MAF and intake valves. What else can I do to improve my MPG please? I don’t expect the present codes should affect the MPG that badly☹️ |

Asiwaju101:I don't know your definition of low mileage, maybe you can clarify that to me and others reading this thread 1. Yes, Nigerians do import cars with REAL low mileage. 2. You actually need to GROW in knowledge and understanding TBH. a. So are you trying to tell me Brand New cars come with altered mileage far from original? b. Nigerians have imported Clean, Flooded & Salvaged Title cars with REAL unaltered mileage; they still do till date. 3. There's nothing wrong with bringing in cars to fix here for resale as long as you do your job correctly, I'm only pointing out the deceit in the mileage segment. The mileage modification you made on this car is far from the original value, that's DECEIT if your knowledge is lacking in such field of understanding Chief. |
This is a nice ride OP. very lovely I must say. I just thought I should let you know that Integrity pays ![]() It'd have been nice to have the real odometer rating instead of rolling it back to attract unsuspecting buyers. The car still has a lot of life to live with the original odometer displayed for those buyers that knows the worth of the car. |
