Instead of seeing it as something wrong with African teams, I actually see it as African teams awakening. Go back 10 years ago, African teams would have been well beaten to pulp right from group stage. Now they are getting better and it's a source of encouragement. We are getting there sooner or later.

As for today, I went with Messi, being the GOAT. Maybe in 10 years time the GOTT(Greatest Of That Time) we will all be supporting and chanting will be from Africa. I know it will happen, sooner than later.

If you check the blacks playing for France and others, they grew up with Whites so they acquired some of their traits from childhood

They grew up in an environment with systems where that skill was nurtured and developed right from childhood, even in their schools. If they had grown up in Africa, it would be a different story.

Most Africans only grew up playing football on the streets. These Europeans have been playing professionally from childhood
