Thank you and I appreciate your maturity.

The constitution does not recognise secession or referendum or Sovereign National Constitutional Conference.

1. We need to get the constitution amended to recognise the aforementioned. This can be done with a bridge building and alliance of NC, SW, SE and SS.

2. Afterwards convey a SNCC where a new constitution will be written with full an explicit insertion of referendum and secession into the new constitution.

3. Based on the new constitution, call for referendum that will be supervised by UN.

4. Based on the result of the referendum activate the secession clause.

This was th peaceful process of dissolution of Yugoslavia and USSR. Those nations constitution supported it.

The question has always been who in the UN Security Council will back a secession without a constitutional backing of the Sovereign Nation? None, because all of them have secession cries in their backyard --- China has Tibet and Taiwan, Russia has Chenchya, US has the State of California and now Texas, UK had Scotland, Canada has Quebec, Spain has Basque and Catalonia, France only gave semi-autonomous status to Monaco.

Secession is not a straightforward jacket, except you are ready to go to full scale war and be successful like South Sudan, Eritrea and Bosnia Hezergovina, Croatia etc or you can fail like Biafr.a or Tamils of Sri Lanka, UNITA of Angola and now FARC of Colombia.

This is the bitter truth IPOB will never tell their gullible adherents.

You are looking at symptoms and not the root cause.

The day Ironsi centralised power was the day he laid the foundation for some people in the nearest future to hijack resources in the name of Almighty Federal Government. Put the blame of resource control at the doorstep of an Igboman that did not think through his decision into the future before implementing it.
[/s]

Gowon created the first 12 states after the dissolution of the regions to checkmate Biafra to the satisfaction of the treacherous Yorubas.

However a few months afterwards, an Igboman Emeka Ojukwu spearheaded the Aburi agreement in which fiscal federalism and even confederation was adopted, but the other Nigerian, including Awolowo and Enahoro kicked against it. That is why fiscal federalism has not been experienced in this nation since then.

In 1972 Gowon with the support of Awolowo enacted and enforced the Indigenization decree which led to the collapse of the Nigerian economy.
To add insult to the festering injury Olusegun Obasanjo promulgated the Land Use Decree (now Land Use Act) in 29th of March, 1978.

By the provision of the Land Use Decree of 1978, the inhabitants of the oil producing communities were turned into squatters in their own ancestral homes, as land where oil is explored, produced, transported and stored were decreed to belong to the state long after political independence in 1960. The existence and application of the Land Use Act of 1978 contributed to the present state of neglect, under-development and the insecurity of the region.

And for the past 50 years, what have the diabolic Yorubas and subsequent governments done to repeal the evil laws and entrench true practice of federal system of government? Absolutely nothing! And the so called loud-mouthed Yorubbish tribe that termed themselves as 'sophisticated' were in power for over 11 years and would rather sit on the fence than have the evil polities eliminated!

Just like the chameleon, the Yorubas can change the colour of their skin at will and can vacillate at random between Christian and Muslim worlds whenever the evil spirit begins to operate them. Little wonder they are descendants of a fallen demon!
The vacillation is akin to the abracadabra of a sworn homosexual who might screw a man today, a woman tomorrow, or an animal the next time. You never can tell.

The level of Yoruba treacheery and betrayal is second to none.
Finding a reliable and trustworthy Yoruba person is like searching for a pin in a haystack. Yorubas who possess these good characters are rare.
Yorubas are not only treacherous but always at the servitude of the Northerners which is very worrisome.

This legendary mad man of NL is still alive.

I pity whoever or whatever gave birth to you. You are simply a waste of space that is depleting the earth's oxygen without any meaningful contribution to mother earth.
