Our Client is a member of Group Holdings which is incorporated and manages several companies in the Middle East, Africa and Asia; it specializes in the Electro-Mechanical field, agricultural products and accessories. They require the services of a Design Project Engineer.

DEPARTMENT:
• TECHNICAL

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
• The Project assistant engineer will assist on preparing the design, drawings, Technical specifications and BOQ for all Non-Standard Products requested by customers.

JOB NATURE AND SCOPE:
• The Projects assistant engineer’s job is of operational nature, as it involves direct operational engagement in technical design.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Read and analyze the customer technical requirements.
• Prepare the technical and commercial offer for the projects.
• Make all the necessary drawings and documents.
• Follow up the projects register and filing.
• Follow up the project requisitions according to the specifications with the different departments.
• Follow up the installation compliance with the specifications.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Deep Electrical background (power and control).
• Good knowledge in electrical standards.
• Design engineer has very good experience in using 2D AutoCAD and drawing designs.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, MS project, Visio…).
• Good knowledge in preparing BOQs.

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Work is performed in indoor and outdoor environments where outdoor inspection and site surveying is needed for projects studying and execution monitoring.
