My phone can't connect to a PC, via a USB cable.
The few times I tried this, the error message; (a USB device connected to this computer has malfunctioned or is Not recognised),
What do I do to resolve this issue.

Uninstull and reinstull, reset phone memory and put the setting if it persist. Reformat pc or Try another phone
