1. Nysc can not write another one for ya.
2. Nysc can only give u a letter dat can stand in place of ur certificate
3. To get dat letter u will need
- photocopy of d original discharge certificate
- police report
- sworn afidafit
All u have to do is to go back to the state secretariat where you passed out and then explain and den write a letter to support all d documents.
There r 2 options again
1. D̶̲̥̅̊ε̲̣̣̣̥γ̲̣̣̥ can give u a letter from d state and tell you to go to abuja to collect d letter
2. Or they should give u a letter from d state dat u can use

Well that's the price for your being careless, you can never get it back, most employers will not be satisfied with a mere letter, this is just another excuse for them not to consider your application. Well sh*t happens, deal with it

do you have a scanned copy? you should have made copies of the certificate.

Yes d only way around it is to go to d state secretariat and beg 4 dem to help u chk deir records for ur certificate no cos dat is very important.
The letter replaces ur lost certificate and it has d same value as ur certificate
