july16th: I called you now Mr Freddo and you said I have to pay N3,000 for the form before I see the houses. I really don't understand why I have to pay that amount for a form and what if I end up unsatisfied then it means the cash is gone. If 20 other people come to you and all pays 3k for the form without being satisfied then you'v just made 60k for filling of form alone? Seriously, maybe if you convince me enough on why I should pay that 3k then I'l see reason with you but for now,am still waiting.

He is more interested in the N3,000 than to rent any apartment. Apartments for such prices in those locations will be gone the very day it's advertised. I don't really think he has any "Room & Parlour"at Adeniyi jones for N120k, 1 year rent. Scam Alert !!.
