What we are looking for

1. HR Coordinator Ref:SE01081
• Manages the relationship between the company and its clients
• Develops bespoke HR strategies for clients.
• Identifies the HR needs of the client organization and proffers solutions to bridge gaps.
• Implements solutions within tight deadlines.
• Monitors the implementation to ensure that the desired results are achieved.
• Maintains up to date and accurate database of all HR transactions.
• Identifies training needs
• Develops and conducts training in various areas of the HR function, including performance management, team building etc.

Qualification
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University (a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage).


2. Marketing Assistant Ref: SE01082
• Assists in executing marketing strategies and objectives.
• Assists in proposal writing and presentations, including online.
• Monitors profitability and performance of existing services.
• Maintains marketing database including customer/prospect files.
• Produces regularly scheduled reports from marketing database.

• Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, proposals, letters, etc.
• Monitors and maintains marketing budgets and usage.
• Assists in implementing public relations programs, online events, and trade shows.

Qualification
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University (an MBA will be an added advantage).

3. HR Research Assistant Ref: SE01083
This is a flexi-time job suited for women who would like to spend more time with their families but also work a few hours a week.

• Searches sources such as reference works, literature, documents, newspapers, and statistical records, to obtain data on assigned subject.
• Analyzes and evaluates applicability of collected data.
• Prepares statistical tabulations on collected data.
• Writes reports or presents data in formats such as abstracts or graphs.
• Interviews individuals to obtain data or draft correspondence to answer inquiries.

Qualification
A minimum of a Higher National Diploma and 2years experience in a research function

4. Accountant 1 (Ref: SE01084)
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
• Categorizes expenditures, debts, receipts, and receivables according to schedules.
• Performs statistical analysis to determine trends, estimates, and significant changes, and writes narrative reports explaining findings.
• Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position for other managers.
• Audits contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.

Qualification
An Accounting degree from a recognized University plus 2 years audit experience and knowledge of relevant government regulations and accounting packages (ICAN qualification an added advantage).

5. Accountant 2 (Ref: SE01085)
Same duties as 4 above plus
• Forecasting
• Cash flow Analysis and Budgeting.

Qualification
A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of Seven years audit experience plus knowledge of relevant government regulations and accounting packages.
