Please lets share important and useful android tablets optimised apps here. Lets post what we have installed, used and confirmed ok. Please dont bother posting phone apps that will be over stretch when used on a 10'' screen. just tablet optimised apps.
i have a note 10.1 and here are the apps i have installed so far
1. swift 3 keyboard hd
2. office suite pro
3. piano master (specially design for tabs and very nice)
4. firefox browser
5. dolphin browser hd
6. lecturenote+ (the best note taking apps)
7. evernote
8. infinite painter (you will love this if you are into webdesign)
9. oxford dictionary
10. from cheese
11. gun and blood (very nice tablet game) tried it and uninstall as i dont play games much with tab.

samsung remote pro by touchsquid...for tablets with ir blaster or infrared ports

photo note is cool....While on a call with your headset on. it allows you to quickly jot down information and notes or number. it works on all tabs and phones, but if you've got the s pen on a note device. simply pulling it out while on the call pops out the photo note...very cool.
