As a traditional grinding machine in mining industry, ball mill has always played an important role. Ball mill is an efficient machine for fine powder grinding and key equipment for grinding after the crushing process. In the debugging and operation of ball mill, three problems often exist. Here let us talk about them.

The powder of the finished product is over-coarse or over-fine.
Solutions:
Change the blade and decrease the supply air rate of fan properly to make it finer.
Check and adjust the sealing of lock powder device. Once found the air leakage, use the scraper to stop it.
Change for a new scraper knife.

No powder or little powder with low output.
Solutions:
Check and adjust the sealing of lock powder device. Once found the air leakage, use the scraper to stop it.
Change for a new scraper knife.

Then main engine electric current goes up, the engine temperature goes up, and the fan electric current goes down.
Solutions:
Decrease the inlet amount and clean the powder in air flue.
Turn up the air pipe valve, and keep the inlet material temperature below 6 centigrade degree.
