@fetok,has your wife started ante natal? Pls register her in a good hospital where she can ask her doctor and other health agencies all the questions that burders her and you too can go with her and ask questions yourself.
Try and read online what changes you should expect in your wife's body when she is pregnant.
Cramping is part of pregnancy symptoms but be sure its she is safe by going to the hospital to check, fatigue too is part of it, think for the first trimester she will experience fatigue and cramping. Try and read (it makes you know how to study her for good or bad signals for quick attention), then take her for check up.
God will see her through the period.

Then, pls remove your number from nairaland I beg, to avoid fraud pls. Anyone with good advise would rather post it here than call or sms you. Pls be guided. You can also go to pregnancy thread and post questions there you can be sure women with good mind will say something about what your wife is experiencing now.
