Day by day dreams are shattered because of the phrase''We are sorry but we need an experienced Professional''.

Days roll into months and months into years and a fresh
graduate is no longer fresh for the labour market.

Recruiters should take note that the percentage of THE EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS is reducing day by day and will continue to drop if POTENTIAL PROFESSIONALS are not given a chance.
