x-3=ky^2 X=ky^2+3 When x=5 and y=2 5=k2^2+3 5=4k+3 4k=5-3 K=2/4 Therefore k=1/2 Find x when y=6 X=ky^2+3 X=1/2*6^2+3 X=1/2*36+3 X=18+3 X=21 |

@tolam4skywd ..... thnx vry much... can u solve dz for me to compare with my own Y is inversely proportional x and y =4 when x= 1/2.find x when y=10 i hv solved it x=1/5 but to be sure can u solve it for me?? |

your answer is right!!! Y=k/x 4=k/0.5 K=4*0.5 K=2 Y=k/x 10=2/x X=2/10 X=1/5 |
