I don't think 'Venue' implies 'day' because I can only see three venues and clearance exercise was said 2 last 4 9days daz 7 working days

You're coming with your payment of admission fee teller to the clearance which starts 12th. And they said the fees must be paid before clearance begins so oooo it is before the 12th
