i also need cost of building in that environ as i am currently comparing prices

The cost of developing is almost the same, except when doing a raft or pile foundation in water logged areas, what do you want to build? then i can give you a rough estimate of your true cost

what part of otta do u want to buy the land, cos there are land that goes for 1.5m in otta, and there are also the cheap ones like mine

I would like to build a 4 bed flat preferably a duplex but I don't mind a bungalow. Price is d determining factor

Why dont you come and take a look at a completed building not far from Ijoko.
It has a drikable water suitable for pure water business with pumping machine.
The whole house is tilled.It is a 3 bedroom bungalow with dinning room,store,and 3 toilet and 2 bathroom.A very big sitting room.
