fyneguy: what's the land title?Is it the land you are selling or the house because 3 bedroom flat cannot be more than 3,000 blocks and 3,000 blocks even with 9"block should be N420,000 Please I need to know the cost of a plot of land within that environment. just block and the house is not even gone anywhere. Just say you are selling land. |

I live in that area when I was in 9ja. So its a gud investment for anybody. 1/4 piece of land in Dat area is arnd 2M. So the price is worth it. @op, do you want one tym payment? Sheyi |

One thing we have to knw is that we shuld stop using our natural logical knowledge/sense to judge God's ways & its authencity. God is spirit and his ways might nt be logical to you since u depend solely on the material world and facts. The world gives u FACT but God gives u TRUTH. There has bn a millions of jaw dropping miracles that wil make one not to doubt the word of God (Jesus). Jesus is the TRUTH while the Devil is a DECEIVER since the beginning of creation...dont be Mislead! Majority has been and can be wrong and they wil all their majority pay the same price...since God Almighty does not bend his rules...If he does, he wuldnt hav allowed his beloved son Christ to die for our salvation in such a gory and excruciating way for our salvation If you go to a living church like Synagogue church of all Nations, You wil see demon possessed pple being delivered as the demons kip crying out when being tormented by FIRE of the holy ghost right b4 every1s eyes. These demons are bound in chains and sent to eternal hellfire to await judgement Which means if that demon possessed person wasnt delivered b4 death, His soul in unison with the demon wil be casted in chains to hell for everlasting torment. It is silly to be looking for a physical location for hell which is spiritual, designed by a Spiritual God. Thats why Scientist cannot and can never use their canal minds to xplain God's existence and his mode of operations..hence, a lot of questions unanswered. Finally, Jesus Christ aka ( THE TRUTH) said 'Hell exists' so therefore, JUST BELEIVE Cuz it TRULY exists. |
