Get a letter of attestation from your school to back up the mistake. I did that too and the letter is still with me. Though am going with stream two but my friend with similar issue is in camp now with her letter of attestation.

The NYSC Management wishes to inform prospective Corps members for the 2016 Batch 'B' (Stream II) to note that the Orientation Course has been scheduled to hold around March, 2017 in place of the Batch "A" Orientation exercise.
This measure was taken due to inadequate Budgetary allocation for the 2016 scheme.

Bros if you choose to calculate it that way it means you are about to DISCOVER MUNGO PARK because you can only get your actual expenditure from the total of money spent. Take for example you decide to spend the #50 this way.


Spent #25. Balance #25
Spent #15. Balance #10
Spent #5. Balance #5
Spent #5. Balance #0


Therefore the total money spent= 25 + 15 +
5 +5=#50

But your total balance will short by #10
Thus ; 25+10+5=#40
