How i wish i saw this property section b4 now, please am building this house in Lagos itz at the decking level now and i got a quotation from my builder/supervisor but i think the quotation is over quoted. I dont have the building plan with me and telling any of them to scan and send it will make them feel like i want to investigate their previous quotations.

Please i will need a rough quotation for the decking from the raft foundation picture below. The sitting room at the right hand side will not be decked.

16mm iron
12mm iron
8mm iron
planks 1x12
wood 2x3
