Very good news indeed

T. A. Orji can no longer terrorise his political opponents by bribing the Judiciary to favour his men.

Sincere 9gerian: ** NJC recommends sack of Chief Judge of Abia for age falsification

The National Judicial Council on Monday recommended the compulsory retirement of Justice Shadrach Nwanosike, the acting Chief Judge of Abia State from office.

This is contained in a statement signed by the acting Director of Information of the Supreme Court, Soji Oye, in Abuja.

The statement said that the recommendation was sequel to the findings of the NJC that Mr. Nwanosike falsified his date of birth which invariably affected his retirement age.

It stated that the NJC also considered and deliberated on the report of its Committee on Performance Evaluation of Judicial officers of the Superior Courts of Record in the country.

The NJC also recommended the appointment of judicial officers as Chief Judges of the FCT, Rivers, Jigawa and Katsina.

It stated that the name of a Chief Judge for the FCT High Court had been recommended to President Goodluck Jonathan for appointment.

The NJC is under the chairmanship of the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Mariam Mukhtar.

For Nigeria to get better we need to use one or two of those judges as a example we slaughter them when they make unpopular judgements then things will get better.

Age Falsification everywhere. In every sector, from sport to even our Judicial practionanals. Some weeks ago, Falcao was also in the limelight for the same reason. Is it a must to lie about your age If you are too young, then wait, if you are too old then retire and let the young chaps do the work.

The best form of sanitising the system of under declaration is by applying Orji Uzor Kalu's style.

He mandated all Public Servants to produce the original of their Primary Six Certificate or get retired.

The other day, a Nigerian Judge in Gambia was caught on Tape soliciting 12 million naira bribe, today a judge falsify his age... Tell me how a Nigerian Judge can be trusted, not like there are no good, sound moral and upright judges but when there are 9 apples in a basket and 7 are totally bad apples, the other 2 apples would be too minor to have a say.

Nigeria as a whole needs an over-haul not just Juduciary but Executives and legislative and the Electorate. The society it self thrives on corruption. In one way or the other, every Nigerian has been corrupt at one point or the other.

We need a kind of re-birth, a kind of re-independence from ourselves..

Nobody from outside this country would come and spoil this country. It is this country men that has spoilt this country and it is this country men that must Fix the country.

There must be restitutions, there must be resolutions, there must be agreements and plenty other clauses in place for this Nation to truly be great other wise its just a merry-go-round. It would just be same shits in different toilets, or business as usual the Nigerian syndrome..

We must resolve to fix this country.
We must start fixing this country and this country must be fixed.

People must be Re-orientated.
People must have a different approach and view to life and stop the Aquire by all mean attitude.

There should be Equality of Oppourtunity.
There should be Enablement and empowerment structures, there must be access and equality to social amenities and Government Infrastructures.

First of all, there should be Electricity.

Age falsification is the easiest thing to do in this country. Just walk up to any court and pay for age decleration and the commissioner of Oath Stamps it.

In Nigeria everybody does a thing and only people that are caught are Criminals..
That was why Maina was asking Press men if he was the only Thief in Nigeria after stealing Pension funds ment for the elderly and some of this people drop dead on endless Pension ques
Once you are not caught you are not a criminal even if you do it. The Point is, we shouldn't do it in the first place and tackle the things that makes us do them..

You can't be in the University and ASUU strike adds 2 extra years to your stay in university after u struggled with jamb 2 or 3 times before entrance and graduate at 28 and a company says their recruitment policy is 25 and 2 years post-service experience.

Nigeria is entangled in a web of corruption in all spheres of the society.. Untangling ourselves is a big deal, we haven't even taught of entangling yet as we are falling deeper into the web of Corruption. Corruption has its consequences on the society. We could get corrupt to a certain level and the corruption wipes us out and extincts us like during the time of sodom and gomorah the people git so un-ruly God has to destroy them. They destroyed themselves to a level God just had to help them complete the destruction.

There has to be geniune repentance thru the land from a day old kid to the oldest nigerian alive.

Its so sad a judge can be caught in age falsification.. Its a very huge scandal.
