Don't worry, if you properly lodged your complain @d bank and dey asked you to fill a form, your money will b refunded. Usually this cud take up to a week because all complains r mailed to d head office and since it's only the head office that resolves all account disputes, it cud take up to a week. Once uv filled a form, u dnt hav any worries buh shud it exceed a week, try another branch and explain urself again.

U don't have to contact the head quarter, once u hav filled thhe form, he will definitely mail them no matter hw busy he gets...besides the main head quarter (lagos) which handles these issues is nt customer-oriented.(m a lady tho).

Chibenze: I use the ecobank mobile banking to transfer 2k to someone, i recieved an error message ask me to contact d customer care, i was debited 2k uptill today d money has been remove 4rm my acct wit d person recieving it. Have went to ecobank near me was as to provide d date, acct no and amount, still no change, pls help me on what to do,
