classic music: I am in some kind of dilema. I av approximately 300k to invest in a biz but am torn between the two options above. As a family man with people depending on me, I want the best option with as little risk as possible.
I currrently reside in Akure. Av consulted with people but am still confused. I'll appreciate further advice here. Thanks

300k can't give u a befitting car wash station; except you are not considering LOCATION. But with 300k, and a good location(student-dominated area), ladies wears will be okay.

Well, except his target customers are low income earners (commercial cars), that is when he can afford to set it up just anywhere(i.e close to river side). But if his target customers are the "big boys" in town who have no time to clean or wash their cars by themselves, he has to set it up very close to where "the rich" stay(THIS IS WHERE HE WILL MAKE COOL CASH WITH LITTLE OR NO STRESS). But his major challenges are: getting a land and digging a borehole. So considering all these factors, 300k might not be enough.

My brother, look, gone are the days when anything goes in cash wash industry. Look around you, how many people are still using this "crude" method (i.e tank and a well" of a thing in your area? U may think digging of a well may substain u for a while. You may start with that.
