What exactly is wrong with it? Have you taken it to a vet?

Have nt taken it to a vet. Vet doctors are nt in d place i reside presently. My dog always scratch her body to d extent dat blood will b coming out. D dog is in serious pain coz weneva she scratch her body, d furs on her skin will b coming out. And it lead to sore on her body

Your dog has either allergic contact dermatitis, urticaria or mange which is causing the pruritus. Unless a vet sees it i dont think anything can be prescribed.
Where do u stay probably i can link u with a colleague?
While u can give chlorpheniramine as a palliative measure before u see a vet who will diagnose the aetiology of the pruritus.

u would have done me a favour by coming down to my level. Am in kwara state

its possible it has mange like @godloveme said. i ll suggest u get Amiraz ASAP and use it 1liter to 200liters of water. or rather put 1 capful in a small paint-bucket full of water. get a shoe brush and use it to brush the body. pls make sure u wear a mouth guard around its mouth so as not to lick d chemical cos it can be dangerous. then when its dry. take it to a vet immediately.
