Hello peeps,

Please can I have an advice on the best half plot of land to purchase?

Is it the 30 X 60 or the 120 X 30?

I really need your advices and the type of structures that can be built on each and reasons.

Someone has a full plot and wants to sell the frontal part (half) to me where he has developed the back side . My question to him was - where will be your entrance huh

will want to hear from guys..

if the plot is on coner pieces side, that is 30 by 60/ if is on narmal pplot is 30 by 120

a 60 x 60 at a corner is preferable
