a friend of mine recently recieved a letter from shell stating tht he would soon be contacted by one of their interviewers for an interview. he told me he applied for 2008 sitp, but he's not quite sure why he is going to be interviewed straight ahead when others are being invited for a selection test. he is also interested in finding out the format of the interview. please help this brother out, cause he doesnt know how soon he will be invited for the interview.

What course did your friend study, also does he have experience?
Anyway, it might be that they have an urgent vacancy his CV matched or they looked at his experience and felt he doesnt need to go through the normal process.

Cn some body tell me why niger delta militants will not or should not blow up the facilities of shell and other oil companies,when they cannot recruit qualified nigerian graduates into their companies,rather they send you their polite rejection mails,I think the militants should be supported.
