there are many possible causes. you should go see a doctor and get an ultrasound of your testicles plus some blood test --> cpr, blood count and maybe beta -HCG and AFP (alpha-fetoprotein). |

Sounds like hydrocele to me but could be hernia. Go for a scan.. Either way, surgery is the best option to fix it and good news for you, the incision will blend in with your wrinkly balls and recovery time is quick  |
