DroidEdit is an extremely useful source code editor. It utilizes syntax highlighting for multiple languages, including C/C++, Java, C#, HTML, Javascript, Python and SQL.

It is a lightweight editor that supports HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP. It also supports C/C++, Java, and Python, but it is made for web developers. Note that it is not a WYSIWYG editor.

Or you can install linux on your android device using an android linux installer and then install necessary packages you require for development(php, apache, mysql, etc.). I use droid edit. But don't know how to test and debug javascript on android yet.
