Minimum 8 years experience in telecom network deployment, operation and maintenance, HW/SW Upgrade, integration with RAN and CN infrastructure. Generate upgrade files using CM tools for complex and simple upgrades,

Create XML plans in OSS using CM plan manager, Trouble shoot site problems with field techs,
BCSU Switch over;

Alarm checks and trouble shooting. Define external alarms for new Integrations ,Adjacency creation and loading.

Remove sites from Maintenance mode and unlock sites for final Integration / test calls, Remote troubleshooting support

Ensure quality of implemented data to sites. Hands on in commissioning, integration and troubleshooting of RAN network elements which should include BSC, RNC and BTS.

Solid understanding of call flow in 2G,3G and LTE technologies,

Should posses' strong IP basics understanding,

Candidate shall be working in 24x7 shifts and responsible to troubleshooting RAN issues, end to end coordination of fault resolution with FM, CM, PM& Field O&M engineers to resolve issues/faults.
