please guys, which one of these tools is helpful for a started? VS or JAVA
and how do i go about it?

pls what's yhe different btw Visual studio & C#, & can someone use python to develop such healthcare system

just like the first reply u had, visual studio is an ide - intergrated development enviroment, (editor, platform) where languages like c# or java can be written to build apps,
but c# is a language that can be written on visualstudio and other ide platforms.
about the usage of python? i cant say

It's possible with Python.

Well as at 2010 version of vs, python wasn't supported, but u can check d new versions, nd u can also check if there is a pluging to integrate python programmin into it like that of vs.php for php developers
